What this cube is
The WeiLong Skewb with magnetic levitation in place of its tension springs, which on a Skewb is a more valuable change than on most puzzles. Because the mechanism is turned hard and often and there are few moves in a solve, the tension you set is doing a lot of work, and MagLev means that tension does not drift as the springs age. The WeiLong structural design handles the rest.
This is the Skewb to buy if you take the event seriously. Spring-free tension on a puzzle this sensitive to tension is the upgrade that keeps paying, and the step up from the RS Skewb is in consistency rather than speed. For casual solving the RS version is already good.

What MoYu speed cubes are, in one paragraph
MoYu Culture — also known simply as MoYu — is a Chinese factory in Guangzhou that has been making speed cubes since 2008 and is famous among speedcubers for a tremendous release pace few rivals maintain.
