What this cube is
The WeiLong Pyraminx is MoYu's flagship take on the four-face puzzle, and its concerns are different from a cube's. A Pyraminx is solved in a handful of moves, which means the mechanism is turned fast and imprecisely and the tips need to stay true while that happens. This is the plain build, without MagLev, with the structural work the WeiLong name implies.
A proper competition Pyraminx at a sensible price, and the right choice if you want the event covered without buying the top version. Set the tension before you judge it: a Pyraminx that catches is almost always too tight, and the difference between right and slightly wrong on this puzzle is small.

What MoYu speed cubes are, in one paragraph
MoYu Culture — also known simply as MoYu — is a Chinese factory in Guangzhou that has been making speed cubes since 2008 and is famous among speedcubers for a tremendous release pace few rivals maintain. Cubing Classroom, generally sold as the MeiLong line, is its budget sub-brand; GuoGuan, SenHuan, MoJue and Cong sit alongside it inside the same group.
