What this cube is
RS3M V5 with high-energy magnetic levitation in place of the tension springs, boxed for display. MagLev on a budget cube is a more interesting proposition than it sounds: the springs are the component most likely to change character over a year of heavy use, and removing them means a cheap cube keeps the setup you gave it for as long as you own it. Corner cutting and anti-pop geometry are unchanged.
This is the version to pick if the cube will be used hard and kept. It gives up the external dual adjustment of its sibling in exchange for spring-free tension, which is a real trade rather than a tier upgrade, and which of the two matters more depends entirely on whether you are a tinkerer.

The cube is very smooth and has kind of a creamy turn to it. Has great adjustment and it a huge upgrade from a Rubik’s speed cube
