What this cube is
The fully specified V9: MagLev in place of springs, an eighty-eight magnet ball core positioning the centres, and UV coated plastic on top. The ball core is a magnetic sphere where a conventional cube has a rigid plastic cross, and it does two jobs at once, stiffening the middle of the puzzle under load and adding a tunable magnetic force that works alongside the piece magnets rather than against them.
This is the V9 generation at its most complete, and the sensible pick if you want the proven WRM mechanism with nothing left on the table. Against the V10 it gives up the newer integrated core design, and against the V11 it gives up the externally visualised adjustment system, in exchange for being the older and usually cheaper cube.

What MoYu speed cubes are, in one paragraph
MoYu Culture — also known simply as MoYu — is a Chinese factory in Guangzhou that has been making speed cubes since 2008 and is famous among speedcubers for a tremendous release pace few rivals maintain.
